hey there,

These are some resources that I have found helpful and think would be beneficial to anyone looking for more information on the Paleo diet or the Autoimmune Protocol!

Blogs:

~~The biggest help I have found so far has been The Paleo Mom. Saying she is a genius is an understatement. She brings her PhD scientific background to the Paleo/AIP world, dissects all the info and nitty gritty then transforms it into readable material that we can all benefit from. She has written on every topic that I have ever needed to know about, and has written two books as well! The Paleo Approach, and The Paleo Approach Cookbook.

~~Another great website is Phoenix Helix. Eileen Laird is the author and she is on a mission to reverse her RA through the paleo diet and lifestyle. She has composed a wonderful compilation of resources including helpful posts on diet, lifestyle and inspiring success stories. She has written several Ebooks, has a Podcast and an AIP recipe round table that changes weekly! Always fresh ideas here!

~~Two more bloggers/authors I have found helpful Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt. They are blogging together on autoimmune-paleo.com. They both have created tons of content, books and recipes which are valuable resources for the AIP community. They are currently working with The Paleo Mom in her consulting business!

~~One of my favorite sites to find recipes awhile ago was A Clean Plate. Christina Feindel has amazing and tasty AIP recipes that I have been cooking a ton over the past year or so!

~~ A few other bloggers I have found for paleo recipes are Juli Bauer of Paleomg, Stephanie Gaudreau of Stupid Easy Paleo and Melissa Joulwan of Well Fed.

This is just a short list of blogs I have personally found helpful, but there are plenty more out there!
