Feeling confused and overwhelmed about the steps and actions you should take to start healing your body and feel better in your skin is frustrating.

Daydreaming about being able to erase the symptoms you’re experiencing everyday so you could have more energy to fill your days with family, friends and fun experiences is exhausting.

I totally get that.

I’ve been there before too. I know that confusion, overwhelm and pain well. It’s not a comfortable place to be in, at all!

I experienced incredible pain, fatigue and sensory symptoms from Multiple Sclerosis and eventually said “enough is enough”. I knew I need to do better for myself and my body.

Through much trial and error and countless hours of research, I was eventually able to make strides in healing.

And I’m no different from you.

In fact, we’re more similar than you think. We both are not willing to settle for “it is what it is” or “just take X pill and come back in a month”.

We want more out of life than that.

Hey, my name is Alissa, and I want to help you end that cycle of googling, confusion and feeling like your symptoms will never go away by helping you start your own healing lifestyle.

I’m living dual lives. Someone who is a Nutritional Therapy Consultant, AIP Certified Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps others build their foundations of health in order to heal their bodies and feel better in their skin.

And also someone who has real world experience of having an unpredictable autoimmune disease.

I’ve struggled through the trial and error,  so when you’re on your journey, I can help you navigate it.

This struggle is what motivated me to want to help others, I want to be a helping hand that I could have used way back when.

That’s why I created Hopeless to Healthy. An 8 week group program designed to help you through the process of starting your own Healing Lifestyle.

I want you to have the starting point, tools and knowledge you need to go from that confused and overwhelmed place, to confident and having clarity on your own unique path.

With Hopeless to Healthy you will:

  • Begin to learn the language of your body- Knowing what works and doesn’t work for your body will be so powerful.
  • Leave the program with a tool kit of individual actionable steps you can take going forward in all 6 Key Healing Areas.
  • Start to give yourself space for self discovery- Taking the time to really discover who you are and what you enjoy is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.
  • Begin to learn what foods help your body heal- Being able to tune into your body's signals is an invaluable tool for healing.
  • Finally gain clarity on where to start healing your body- Don’t let google fatigue be your life any longer. Get actionable steps instead.
