hey there,

Migraine Be-Gone Soup

I made this soup when I had a migraine to help myself feel better, hence the title. It hit the spot for comfort food that I was craving, something warm and inviting.

What you need:

cooking fat

1 tsp garlic

3 cups bone broth

2 summer squash (I used yellow and green)

2 tsp parsley

1.5 tsp basil

S&P to taste.

How to:

Heat cooking fat of choice in a stock pot, add garlic, cook for about 30 seconds

Add chopped squash and cook for 5 minutes

Add broth and spices and let simmer for 10 minutes

Puree in blender or use an immersion blender if desired (I did!)
