hey there,

We are moving on from working on our balance to working on mobility!

A lack of mobility in our joints is a huge reason why we might have pain.

Remember, everything in our body is connected, so it’s possible that decreased mobility in your ankles is causing your hip pain! (just one example)

Pain doesn’t mean the specific area we feel pain is injured, it just means something isn’t quite right in our bodies.

In this series I’ll walk you through several joint mobilization exercises you can do daily to help increase your mobility, but also body maps which hopefully leads to a decrease in pain!

First up in this video is a few exercises for our feet and ankles!
