We’ve covered several mobility drills for our feet in the past few weeks, it’s time to move onto our knees! 

Knee pain is so common. Oftentimes it is caused by either our feet or hips not moving quite right, but sometimes it actually does have to do with our knees! 

Improving knee joint mobility is a great way to help decrease pain and improve function. 

In this drill, you’ll be doing tiny knee circles. I mean tiny. As you improve your mobility, you’ll be able to increase your circles.
