BTT- Episode 19- Mobility Series 2

Back with you for more mobility in our feet! 

Our feet don’t get much love unfortunately. 

We’re on them all the time and they can often be a source of pain for many people. 

Hopefully we can change that today if that is your experience. 

This is a different type of drill, you probably haven’t tried it yet. It’s called a toe pull, but you don’t actually pull anything! I LOVE it, it makes my feet and legs feel good and refreshed. 

Give it a go and tell me how it went!!
