hey there,

I’m going to ANOTHER expo!! Wahoo!!

This time I’m going to the Worcester Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Expo! This is the largest Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly event and I am super psyched to be going. This will be the first time for me, and I can’t wait to check out all the goodies and new things that companies have come up with.

Since I’ve been Gluten Free for a long time now, I feel like I’ve been around the block with what is out there. But everyday I see new products coming out, which leaves me optimistic. Companies are finally getting it. That this isn’t going away. Hopefully they will start to follow suit with Allergen Friendly products as well. That is what I am REALLY interested in seeing, obviously. I know that most people won’t have a full AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) product, well at least not many do. But I can hope for the future, right?

So when I come back, I’ll be tell y’all about everything I’ve found!

Do you want to go too?? If you’re near the Boston area, I’ve got you covered!
