I almost forgot! How silly of me! That seems to be happening a ton lately, that forgetful thing. I’ve been likening my brain to a black hole. Things go in and then get shipped off into other worlds never to be seen again. So dramatic, I know, but it’s super frustrating!

Anywho.. back to the task at hand!

This is another one that is quick and dirty, that can be done either at the start of your day, middle of your day or end of your day. Super simple and straight forward!
