When we have autoimmune disease, life can be pretty challenging. Getting through the day can sometimes be really hard and tiring. Especially if you are trying to juggle “life” which for a lot of people can include work, kids, pets and all of the responsibilities that come with those things. I’ve heard and read a lot recently about how people are really struggling with time. Either not having enough of it or finally finding some, but not having the motivation or ability to do anything during the newfound time for various reasons.
I’ve found this especially applies to meals. Sometimes we’re actually able to be out running errands and find we get stuck in a pinch and don’t know what to eat on the fly. Sometimes others get stuck in a rut, and don’t know what to eat anymore. Sometimes people will have done some meal prep earlier in the week, but by the time they get home from work they are still too tired to make those meals.
I’ve been in this scenario a lot lately. I found recently that one of my biggest symptoms that I’ve been dealing with has been fatigue. I’ve come home from work recently and been way too tired to do anything. Especially putting any type of meal together. This is exactly why I created my guide #PainFreePaleo. I wanted something easy to follow, that was almost like a create your own adventure guide to a Paleo or AIP meal.
By using #PainFreePaleo, I’ve been able to effortlessly stick to my AIP diet even when I am in my most exhausted moments, and to me, that is priceless.
Included in the guide are:
- Paleo Protein and Snack Bars
- Paleo Protein Powders
- Paleo Sweets and Treats
- No Cook Paleo Options
- 5 Minute Meals
(All categories include AIP options as well!)
