Last week’s video was all about a review and getting us up to speed on balance drills.
Now we’ll start with new exercises!
Remember in previous video’s I’ve talked about how our vision and balance are linked? For the rest of the balance series we’ll be working more with vision, but adding in head movement.
Being able to move your head while maintaining proper visual contact with the target will improve your balance drastically.
If you’re nervous about this drill, that’s ok! Try it sitting down at first.
Also, if you haven’t mastered gaze stabilization or pencil pushups, work on those first. This will be there when you’re ready!
