In last week’s video, we talked about introducing VOR work to your balance routine.
Quick review- the VOR is the Vestibulo Ocular Reflex, which means your body’s ability to maintain gaze stabilization while your head is in motion. A really beneficial skill!

This will help you maintain balance while moving. If you struggle with gait or maintaining balance while walking, these exercises are for you!
