So. Workout Wednesday.
I posted a Workout to my Facebook and Instagram about what I did in my office during my super long work day. I work as a therapist, so I sit down for the majority of the day, it somewhat drives me crazy. If I could do therapy while walking, it would be a much better situation. But alas. Anyway. I talked a little bit about my routine when I have my few minutes in between clients. I try to be up and mobile as much as I can. Yesterday I completed lunges, mostly front and reverse, tons and tons of them. It felt pretty good! In a nasty legs are jello sorta way.
I encourage you to do the same. Maybe not a bazillion lunges, but try to get up and move every so often. If you sit all day at your desk, get up and move around your office, hall way or house for 5 mintues at a time. Change your posture every 15 minutes. Try to be aware of how you are sitting and positioning your body. Every little bit helps. We are creatures who were made to be moving, not to be sitting in a chair all day.
