March is MS Awareness Month! 

In this week’s video I’m sharing an exercise that has a lot of bang for our MS buck! 

The main idea and purpose of sharing these drills is to help our symptoms. The drills impact certain areas of our brain (which correlate to symptoms) and ideally, the drills will help reduce our symptoms by improving the function of our brain and body.

This exercise builds off of the gaze stabilization I’ve talked about a few times. If you’re still working on stabilization, that’s totally ok! This will be here for you when you progress. 

If you’ve gotten gaze stabilization down and are ready to take it to the next level, this video is for you! 

This exercise is called a VOR drill. VOR stands for Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex, which is a fancy term for the processes in our body that produce gaze stabilization! 

This is the first step in a series of VOR drills that can help balance, vertigo, headaches and back pain.
