hey there,

I have worked out 3 times since Saturday! Granted, none of them have been Muay Thai, but it’s a start! I have been able to do 3 good kettlebell workouts from the new Lift Weights Faster workout library from Jen Sinkler (another awesome fitness blogger/trainer I follow). She has created an amazing library of over 100 workouts that can be used for strength training and cardio too. They include bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells, along with other various equipment pieces too. But most can be done at home, which I like right now. I have my Muay Thai gym and I belong to a regular gym too, but going there feels so hard at the end of the day. I am proud of myself for even doing 1 kettlebell swing for heavens sake! I’ve been sore from these workouts too, which feels good, but is frustrating to me. These should be somewhat easy to me, but I guess it’s all part of getting back to ‘normal’, whatever that is. It will all become easier again, the more I push through and keep at it. Eventually I will go back to Muay Thai, not quite sure I will make it through a class just yet though- may pass out first!
