Le Boyfriend licked his plate after dinner. No, that’s no metaphor folks. He legit licked it, dinner was that good. Granted, I thought it was quite good myself, but I’m not sure I’d go there. Now what did I make you ask? I made an adaptation of ACleanPlates Bacon Chicken Alfredo. I may have also made a version of this last night too, and due to having left over spaghetti squash, having extra coconut milk it being so damn delish, I made it again tonight. Last night I made it with chicken, mushrooms, spaghetti squash and the sauce as written. Tonight I made it with scallops, bacon, spaghetti squash and the sauce again. Both nights it was Y.U.M. But tonight it was extra special. I think the scallops and bacon worked well together with sauce. Bottom line: phenomenal. Try it. Eat it. Enjoy it. Licking the plate is optional.
So, I want to know if you had any MS skin problems and if they are clearing up with your diet changes?
I didn’t have skin problems associated with MS, but I certainly had stomach pain/issues and those are clearing up quickly and nicely with the change in diet. I noticed a difference after even just a week! It’s been tricky at times, but well worth it.
