BBT- Episode 20- Hip Mobility

Welcome back to our mobility series! 

In our previous videos we talked about foot, ankle and knee mobility. 

Today we are moving onto hip mobility! 

In this video I demonstrate two different hip mobility drills that you can try, one seated and one standing. Choose whichever feels better for you and based on what you feel is safest.
